上海華鏞精密機(jī)械有限公司于2006年1月1日由上海華中實(shí)業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司與上海華鏞科技發(fā)展有限公司共同投資組建，占地面積12000平方米，建筑面積6000平方米，擁有4個(gè)生產(chǎn)車間，各類工程技術(shù)人員30人，其中高級(jí)工程師5人，是上海納鐵福傳動(dòng)軸等企業(yè)的核心供應(yīng)商。
    公司主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)為冷、溫鍛件和機(jī)械加工，目前主要產(chǎn)品為轎車用系列實(shí)軸、空心軸、內(nèi)星輪、三銷軸、保持架等；已獲得ISO/TS16949質(zhì)量認(rèn)證證書；公司2009年6月投資5000萬元引進(jìn)1條溫鍛件自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線---德國舒樂公司MMK2溫鍛生產(chǎn)線，精鍛件產(chǎn)能每月達(dá)80萬件。

        SHANGHAI HUAYONG PRECISE MACHINERY CO.,LTD was established in Jan.1. 2006, jointly by ShangHai HUAZHONG Industry Group and ShangHai HUAYONG Science and Technology Development CO.,LTD. The Company occupied a land area of about 12000 square meters and GFA around 6000 meters. With four production workshops including 30 various technicians and 5 senior engineers, it becomes the core supplier for some enterprises like Shanghai SDS.
        The main business of the Company now focused on cold /warm forging and precisemachinery machining, with main products like series solid shaft/ hollow shaft /inner race /spider/cage /claw pole etc for passenger car and has successfully been certified through TS16949. In 2009, the Company imported self-wawm forging line--MMK2 warm forging line form SCHULER Germany,the production capacity of precise forging reaches 800,000 pieces monthly.
